BCBA Supervision
Planning and contracting: You and your supervisor will discuss the supervision program, curriculum, and requirements to customize your learning. A supervision contract is finalized and signed, then your first supervision meetings are scheduled.
Ongoing supervision: You and your supervisor meet regularly. Meetings might consist of terminology review, ABA history, review of research articles, and concepts according to BACB Task Lists and requirements. You will receive feedback on assignments and recorded client sessions.
Video supervision: You will provide recorded samples of work implementation for your supervisor to review at least twice per month. Feedback will be discussed in your scheduled supervision meetings.
Payment: Our fee for supervision is $75 per hour. The BACB requires supervision equal to at least 5% of your fieldwork each month. For example, if you have 20 hours per week of fieldwork, you must have 1 hour per week of supervision. Your cost would be $75 per week.
