PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE ACCEPTING REQUESTS FOR MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING ONLY AT THIS TIME. There is no waitlist.

We currently have an extensive waitlist for behavioral services and cannot accept any additional clients on the list at this time.

  1. You submit a request for services BELOW.

Our office is located in Manchester, NH. All services we offer are available at our office. NOTE WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING REQUESTS FOR ABA. Mental Health counseling is still available.

Additionally, we provide in-home and in-community ABA services in:

  • southern Merrimack County

  • eastern Hillsborough County

  • western Rockingham County

Mental health counseling telehealth is available to anyone in New Hampshire.

If you would prefer to submit your information on paper or via email, please email admin@ababc.org for a referral form.

2. You send additional documentation to us.

Send documents to admin@ababc.org or by fax to 603-263-9628

  • Current/previous behavior/safety/IEP plans

  • Current medication list

  • Medical documentation from the past year

  • Copy of insurance cards, front and back

  • Treatment consent (will be emailed to you)

Required documents:

  • Incident reports from past year

  • Any data that has been collected

  • Past diagnostic assessments/evaluations

  • Current service agreement

  • Guardianship letters and orders, if applicable

3. We review your request and follow up with next steps.
