Intensive Clinical Services

  • Interdisciplinary team of professionals with expertise in their fields related to high or at-risk behaviors, including severe physical aggression, self-injury, co-existent mental health and developmental diagnoses, sexualized behaviors, and substance misuse.

  • Trauma-informed care using applied behavior analysis and the ACT therapy model as well as other evidence-based treatments increased needs across environments: at home and in the community in our service area:

    • southern Merrimack County (to Concord along 93 corridor)

    • eastern Hillsborough County (to Milford - Nashua - Amherst)

    • western Rockingham County (to Epping - Plaistow - Salem)

  • Risk Management Plans

  • Individualized assessments to determine service needs or identify risk in the community

  • Consultation and training for professionals supporting high needs clients
